2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: • Provide and maintain the Service, including video processing and clip generation. • Process your subscription payments and manage your account. • Generate AI-powered captions and hashtags for your video clips. • Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics. • Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests. • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your video content and generated clips are stored in secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 cloud storage with encryption at rest and in transit. Account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with encrypted passwords. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and regular security reviews. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Video content and generated clips are stored for the duration of your subscription. If you delete a project or video, the associated files are removed from our storage within 30 days. Upon account termination or deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate MagicClipperPro: • Stripe: For secure payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. • Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure cloud storage of your video content. • AI Language Models: For generating captions and hashtags. Video content is not shared with AI providers; only text-based metadata is processed. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

MagicClipperPro uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. Session tokens are stored securely and expire after your session ends or after a set period of inactivity.
